| Stressfull - But worth it in the end |   |
I had read some of the reviews here, only after I'd ordered my topper, so I was prepared to wait! However, I had to chase to make sure payment had been received and that we would get the topper in time. I eventually got a reply saying all was well & would be sent in time. 2 weeks to go still no word, another email sent with no reply - 1 weeks to go & again still no word! Then with 3 days left to receive topper in post I sent a final email and got a reply that topper had been sent!
Got the topper through this morning & it's great, although could have done with a quick email to say all was well & when it was being sent out. It would have taken longer to package up and post topper than to send a quick email to let the customer know what was happening!
Planning your wedding is stressful enough without this adding to it! However, at the end of the day we got a wedding topper that looks fantastic.
So a warning to all future customers do not stress about receiving topper just assume that it will not arrive until 2 or 3 days before your big day!

| Very very bad service | |
I live in Ireland and ordered a cake topper months ago form Natasha. i found her very helpful at the start up untill money was exchanged. i was firstly promiced delivery by first week in July then she changed that till the 12th of july. 12th of the July came and wenk and no sign of the topper!!!! i am so stressed as none of my email are answered i am just being ignored! my wedding is on saturday so i now have to go driving around looking for a cake topper.
I am so annoyed!!! i would advise everyone to stay away form Natasha Holland!! terriable terriable service1 i hope she is happy with herself! |

| hi im also bein stressed about a claytopper,tried on countless amount of times to get in touch with tasha with no success until recently when i was told that i wud receive my topper on the 22nd of july..well its 5 days later..still waiting :( |

Just received my topper for my wedding in August and its AMAZING!!
Tasha designed and made it for us at short notice and it looks exactly how I wanted it to. Brill brill brill, I saw the "reviews" on the net but decided to try anyway and am soo glad I did. would use again. |

| wedding in 8 days and topper not arrived | |
I am so stressed with this person and company.
She never answers her voicemails and emails and promised it was ready, however she was away and would post on monday 28th june and should arrive on tues / wed, today is friday 2nd july and we get married in 8 days and still no topper.
I live near peterborough and would be willing to collect this, but to be honest I don't think this is even ready.
why do people feel they can rip others off by making false promises. I have only seen the huge amounts of negative reviews today and am now panicking.
Natasha Holland offers a terrible service and should not be allowed to operate as a wedding business. I will be taking this up with trading standards as it is unfair for other brides to go through the same hassle and stress over a cake topper. |

| I am very pleased with them, I saw the bad reviews after I had made my purchase but I have to say that my experience was far removed from the negativity seen on the internet. Tasha was very helpful and I cannot wait to show my now much improved cake off to the world next month! |

Paid for my cake topper in December last year and sent information in January. It was a really easy process and I got loads of help from the lady that does them.
I would recommend them to anyone. Brilliant!! |

Hi all DO NOT USE CLAYTOPPERS.
Tasha has caused so much distress to me it ridiculous. The communications were dreadful in the beginning but finally te toppers arrived on time and we were delighted. However my husband's figure broke in 5 places, we contacted Tasha and she said no problem, send them back and she would repair them so that we had them to keep. We were so happy with this, sent htem back to her special delivery and she received them, we also gave her a special delivery envelope to send them back to us. She said she would get on with it. This was in August 2008 and since then we have contacted her around 50 times, always have to leave a voicemail and she NEVER responds, we have emailed countless times and she's never replied. So basically she has stolen them, they were part of our wedding and this woman has just stolen them and doesn't have the decency to reply to me and let me know. Heck I would even pay her to make news replacements if that was the issue but she also won't respond to that idea. We are devastated and are now looking into taking legal action.

| I ordered my topper from here as well. I got just a normal bride and groom one but I am so impressed with the level of detail. It was really quick too. the lady who makes them asked me when I wanted it for and I said by end of february, she was really helpful. |

We had 3 tiers to our cake and to decorate it I ordered a bride and groom topper and then also figures to look like my wedding party
Claytoppers were a bargain and the figures were absolutely perfect!!!! It did take a while but they are handmade so what do you expect?

| Very poor communication but wonderful product! | |
I used Tash at Claytoppers for my cake topper earlier this year-our wedding was in April.
Her communication was awful and it seemed like reason after reason (or excuse after excuse) about why there was no news or pictures in the(nearly four)months between ordering and our big day.
However, when it did arrive (two days beforehand)it was actually wonderful!
Such a shame that her communication really lets her down! |

| Claytoppers let me down | |
I ordered my topper in July and had trouble communicating with her. I saw some complaints about her on the internet and told her that I was worried that she would not complete the order in time. She told me that these problems had only been due to some family difficulties and so I went ahead.
To cut a long story short I didn't receive the topper in time and in any case I couldn't have used it as it was of poor quality and was too large to fit on the cake.
I would advise anyone to fully research the company that they are planning to use to avoid the same disappointment as I suffered. |

I ordered my cake topper for my wedding at the beginning of August this year using their online form on the claytoppers website.
I received the topper about 3 weeks before my wedding - it was and is amazing!! looks so like us even down to the medal ribbons on my husbands uniform!!!
I have read a couple of bad reviews about claytoppers since but considering that she had family problems at the time she did a fantastic job. I would recommend them again and again!! |
