I ordered Mr & Mrs Rock sweets for my wedding and over a month later they have not been delivered and I got back from honeymoon a few days ago! They do not respond to emails and I have been defrauded out of £16.
The payment transaction went via PayPal but I did not use a PayPal account to process it, just used my debit card HOWEVER to lodge a dispute with PayPal to try and get the money back you have to have a PayPal account. But I didn't use one for the transaction!
