The website is a bit too busy and fussy to get around. The reviews on there are all gushy "of course my wedding was marvellous at xyz...the service was brill at blah blah blah"
Most of the stuff on there is tat you don't need, but a few pockets of inspiration.
However - mostly overpriced trimmings that are are avaialble else where for much less. |

| Great Selection of the litte touches | |
Confetti.co.uk has a huge selection of wedding bits and bobs that helped me put the little touches to my wedding.
I found them competively priced and their customer service and delivery time was excellent.
I ordered disposable cameras from here and they were great quality and the photcs came out well.
The site also gave me some useful advice while planning my wedding

| Overpriced but great inspiration! | |
Confetti has some wonderful stuff on their websites and in stores, but I found it overpriced. The postage rate also seems to be high. I did manage to get some really good ideas from the website and managed to get all the items elsewhere for half the price.
I also found the website incredibly difficult to navigate as it didnt seem to be in any particular order and was difficult to find categories of items within the shop. |

| Too much going on | |
This site was really useful but I found it so hard on the eyes.
There was just information everywhere and wasn't quite sure what to look at first and then a popup would appear.
I received many email updates and a brochure in the post but didn't really bother with them in the end.
I found a shop in Reading which offered all their online stock but I found it so expensive that I just looked for ideas and browsed around. |

| Expensive and poor customer service | |
Knowing this was suppose to be UKs leading site for wedding planning I joined and browsed the site.
I find some great information that was really useful but did notice their shop was so expensive.
Their customer service both via telephone and in the Reading shop was poor. The girl in the shop was not very helpful and actually quite rude.
I managed to get every item I wanted or very similar alternative elsewhere alot cheaper.
So this site is great for ideas but shop around. |

This site offers great ideas for the big day but their shop is expensive. I got some ideas from Confetti but managed to get very similar items elsewhere alot cheaper.
Their online ideas and guidance was excellent.
Worth a look around the site and they have shops in some areas too but again I can imagine them being dearer than other shops. |
