| Everything an Effort!! |   | | I used this company to hire tablecloths. They beat a quote from Elite Linen and agreed to deliver and collect from Hertfordshire despite being in Manchester. HOWEVER!! The post code and delivery date were wrong on the first confirmation invoice I received. I then telephoned to correct which they assured me they did. I emailed a few days before agreed delivery date to double check they would be arriving on the Thursday before my weddding. I waited in all day -nothing! Turns out some numpty at the warehouse got Thursday mixed with Friday. So I had to wait in on the day before my wedding for tablecloths. When they finally arrived they were all different shades of ivory and a couple were stained. To top it off, they forgot to send me my £100 deposit back and I am still chasing it, some three weeks later. DON'T USE!!! | | Lisa - 19/08/2011 |
