The aftersales care is terrible!
The sales assistant could not be nicer, promised the earth but as soon as money was exchanged the attitude changed. Basically now we have your money we couldn't care less about you or your dress, do yourself a favour and do not shop here! |

Was promised everything under the sun on our initial appointment to get the big sale - nothing was too much trouble and the sales lady was very accomodating. Thats where the good points end end.
The measurements were miles off, all the dresses were huge and manager is shockingly rude about the whole process. The seamstress took the biscuit - she was useless. The absolute minimum was done and considering the dresses were order 3 sizes too big and the girls ended up in tents. She was also rude to the point of being agressive and told my size 6 friend she must have gotten fat - after she had over altered her dress.
The alterations were tacked together - literally tacking stitches,
the lining was stiched to itself inside one dress,
the fittings were rushed and we were made to feel like they were doing us a favour,
the dresses were not finished when they were collected and every one fell apart on the day - had it not been for the emergency sewing kit it would have been a complete distaster.
£2000 down on dresses and alterations the only good point was that the wedding dress was purchased elsewhere.
Avoid at all costs! |

| My dress was a terrible fit, I felt after my first appointment that all my fittings were rushed. The expensive adjustments were terrible. I did not feel wonderful in my dress on my big day at all. Such a shame. |

| From the moment I stepped foot in the door to the last time I stepped out nothing was to much trouble. The staff's knowledge of dresses was fantastic and everything was clearly explained from start to finish, from the process of ordering my dress to payments. Through out I felt completely at ease and stressfree which was great, one less thing with all the decisions there is to make when organising a wedding. Even when I wanted to add some extras to my dress this was no problem with an on site seamstress. Every friend and family who is getting married, or even if they are to be a bridesmaid I can not recommend them highly enough. |
