| Not a very good introduction to customer service. My daughter is getting married 2014 and staff were abrupt on the phone and would not even give an appointment as was told 2014 was too far away and promptly informed to "try the bigger stores". If you want friendly staff who will make you feel valued as a customer try Because I Love You in Farnworth instead. |

I had been to this shop a couple of times - one for my friends wedding and one for my sisters wedding. Even though they had an amazing collection of dresses they couldnt find anything to suit (my friend wanted bright Pink!).
I booked a slot weeks in advance. Upon turning up another bride and her group also turned up. I picked a few dresses and got shuffled to there other shop a few doors down.
was only given an 1hr timeslot which i thought wasnt enough time. I wanted to have a look at the other dresses available but due to timescale couldnt view or try on.
Utterly disappointed!!!

I received amazing customer service & advice from the second I walked in the door till I left a very happy girl.
The dresses were amazing and the staff so patient as I tried on one dress after another till I found the one!!!

Great service with a smile, everything I ordered (dress, veil, tiara) was there when they said it would be, fittings fine, final dress pickup smooth.
Only didn't get 5 out of 5 cos they are a little pricey. |
