| NOT recommended |   | | My brother booked 2 silver beauford cars at a cost of £720 from Creme de la Creme. On arrival at our house one car broke down and the other car had to do all the journey`s until after the service.We were left waiting around and lots of things went wrong and we asked for half our money back as they refused to send another car out even though they have lots of cars.We ended up going to court through our insurers and the judge said she had never met anyone with such a bad attitude to customer service as he said he had got everyone to the ceremony and reception on time, but we could have done that with one car but chose the extra expense of 2 matching cars.
